摘要
基于2013—2022年除台湾地区、香港地区、澳门地区、西藏外中国其余30个省(自治区、直辖市)面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型,结合稳健性分析、异质性分析研究产业转移对经济高质量发展的影响和具体作用机制。结果表明,产业转移显著促进经济高质量发展且具有区域异质性,中介效应显示劳动力水平在产业转业促进经济高质量发展的过程中发挥着中介作用。据此,建议加强区域协调发展,提升劳动力素质,优化产业结构布局,深化制度改革与创新,强化跨区域合作与交流。
Based on the panel data of the remaining 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China excluding Taiwan region,Hong Kong region,Macao region and Xizang from 2013 to 2022,this study constructs a two-way fixed effects model and a mediation effect model,supplemented by robustness checks and heterogeneity analysis,to investigate the impact of industrial transfer on high-quality economic development and its underlying mechanisms.The empirical results demonstrate that industrial transfer significantly promotes high-quality economic development,with notable regional heterogeneity.Furthermore,the mediating effect shows that the level of labor plays a mediating role in the process of promoting high-quality economic development through industrial transfer.In light of these findings,the study recommends strengthening regional coordinated development,improving labor quality,optimizing the layout of industrial structure,deepening institutional reform and innovation,and strengthening cross-regional cooperation and exchange.
