当前,全球经济正处于数字化与智能化的深度变革期。在这一背景下,企业财务数智化转型已成为企业实现高质量发展、培育新质生产力的战略支点。本文聚焦于W集团财务数智化转型工作实践,从W集团转型模式选择、推进财务数智化转型的具体举措及所进行的创新等维度对W集团的财务数智化实践进行深入分析,以期为中央企业财务数智化转型提供借鉴与参考。
Currently,the global economy is in a period of deep digital and intelligent transformation.In this context,the digital transformation of enterprise finance has become a strategic pivot for enterprises to achieve high-quality development and cultivate new quality productivity.This article focuses on the practice of financial digitization transformation of W Enterprise Group,and conducts an in-depth analysis of W Group's financial digitization practice from the perspectives of the selection of transformation models,specific measures to promote financial digitization transformation,and innovation carried out to provide reference and guidance for the financial digitization transformation of central enterprises.
