摘要
本文从人机协同视角出发,基于对国内外相关文献的研究和对数据驱动本质的剖析明确了数据驱动的内涵,在此基础上构建了包含服务对象、需求动机、应用场景、模型、数据五要素的数据驱动概念框架,为企业如何实现数据驱动的功能提出了构建数智运营中心的建议,并阐明了应用数智运营中心的具体业务场景,希望以此为企业应用数据驱动和数字化转型提供借鉴,助力我国打造数字企业新高地。
From the perspective of human-computer collaboration,based on the research of relevant literature and the analysis of the essence of data-driven,this paper defines the connotation of data-driven,and constructs a data-driven conceptual framework including five elements:data,model,service object,demand driver and application scenario.This paper puts forward suggestions on how to accomplish the data-driven function of enterprises and expounds the specific business scenarios of applying the digital intelligence operation center,hoping to provide reference for enterprise application data-driven mechanism and digital transformation,and help China build a new landscape of digital enterprises.
