摘要
科学技术现代化是东北全面振兴的关键。基于中国式现代化视域,从历史向度看,中国共产党传承和发展的依靠科学技术实现国家现代化的人类历史经验,揭示了新时代东北全面振兴中科学技术现代化的重要内涵与本质要求;从理论向度看,中国式现代化的五个特征,诠释了科学技术现代化与东北全面振兴互动的理论缘由;从实践向度看,高水平科技自立自强“四个面向”,指明了如何依靠科技创新推动东北全面振兴的逻辑进路。基于历史、理论、实践三重向度探讨科学技术现代化与东北全面振兴的互动关系,有助于深刻把握东北全面振兴支撑中国式现代化的科学内涵与现实意义。
The modernization of science and technology is the key to the full revitalization of northeast China.From the perspective of Chinese modernization,historically,the Communist Party of China(CPC)carried forward and developed the practice of relying on science and technology to achieve modernization of the country,the historical experience of which reveals the importance and essence of modernization of science and technology for the full revitalization of northeast China in the new era;theoretically,the five features of Chinese modernization serve as a theoretical rationale,manifesting the interaction between modernization of science and technology and northeast China’s full revitalization;practically,the“four orientations”of highlevel self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology have clarified the logical approach to relying on scientific and technological innovation to promote the comprehensive revitalization of northeast China.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the interaction between the modernization of science and technology and northeast China’s full revitalization from the three dimensions of history,theory,and practice,for it can help us thoroughly understand the scientific and practical significance made by northeast China’s full revitalization for Chinese modernization.
