直线段地铁车轮多边形安全限值研究

摘要 地铁车辆运行一段时间后,车轮会出现多边形磨耗,这对地铁车辆的安全运行有着严重的负面影响。以车辆动力学性能为安全标准来探究车轮多边形安全幅值的最大值。利用SIMPACK动力学软件建立了车辆以速度120 km/h通过直线轨道的车辆-轨道系统多体动力学模型。以脱轨系数、轴箱垂向振动加速度和轮轨垂向力为安全评判标准,分析不同阶次下车轮多边形安全幅值的最大值。对于直线轨道运行的地铁车辆,其脱轨系数存在一个最大值,其中6~10阶次多边形得到的脱轨系数最大值为0.48;因脱轨系数的最大值要小于脱轨系数的安全限值,所以地铁车辆以120 km/h的速度在直线段运行时不存在脱轨风险;以轴箱垂向振动加速度和轮轨垂向力为控制标准时,车轮多边形幅值的最大值随着多边形阶次的增加而逐渐减小;地铁车辆在直线段以120 km/h运行时,可以忽略轴箱垂向振动加速度和轮轨垂向力这两个控制指标。 After a certain period of operation,the wheels of subway vehicles tend to develop polygonal wear,which has a serious negative impact on the safe operation of subway vehicles.In this paper,the maximum safety amplitude of wheel polygon is explored based on vehicle dynamic performance as safety standard.A multi-body dynamics model of vehicle-track system is established with SIMPACK dynamics software for vehicles passing through a linear track at a speed of 120 km/h.Taking derailment coefficient,vertical vibration acceleration of axle box and vertical wheel-rail force as the safety criteria,the maximum value of wheel polygon safety amplitude under different orders is analyzed.For subway vehicles running on straight tracks,there is a maximum derailment coefficient,in which the maximum derailment coefficient obtained by order 6-10 polygons is 0.48.Because the maximum value of derailment coefficient is less than the safety limit value of derailment coefficient,there is no derailment risk when the subway vehicle runs at the speed of 120 km/h on the straight tracks.When the vertical vibration acceleration of the axle box and the vertical force of the wheel-rail are taken as the control criteria,the maximum value of the wheel polygon amplitude decreases with the increase of the order of polygonal wear.When the subway vehicle runs at 120 km/h on the straight tracks,the vertical vibration acceleration of the axle box and the vertical force of the wheel and rail can be ignored.
