摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)为自身免疫性疾病,确切发病机制尚不明确,但和遗传、环境、感染、免疫紊乱等相关。针灸能够通过不同手段以多途径、多靶点的特点对RA进行免疫调节,减轻炎症反应,改善患者症状。本文综述RA发病机制及近年来治疗RA的不同针灸方法,以期为临床RA治疗提供参考。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease.The exact pathogenesis is not clear,but it is related to heredity,environment,infection,immune disorder and so on.Acupuncture can regulate the immune function of RA through different means with multi-channel and multi-target characteristics,reduce the inflammatory response and improve the symptoms of patients.This article reviews the pathogenesis of RA and different acupuncture methods for the treatment of RA in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical RA treatment.
