摘要
目的 探究改良外剥内扎术治疗混合痔患者的临床效果。方法 选取混合痔患者100例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行保守治疗,观察行改良外剥内扎术治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不同时间点视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果 观察组临床总有效率(94.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1、2、4、8 d后的VAS评分分别为(6.23±0.43)、(5.11±0.45)、(3.28±0.24)、(1.82±0.17)分,均明显低于对照组的(6.45±0.32)、(5.32±0.28)、(3.98±0.42)、(2.65±0.29)分(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组物质生活状态、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组物质生活状态评分(76.22±9.88)分、躯体功能评分(78.29±9.78)分、社会功能评分(75.21±9.67)分、心理功能评分(76.22±9.72)分均明显高于对照组的(71.22±9.48)、(74.21±9.55)、(70.32±9.51)、(72.21±9.31)分(P<0.05)。结论 改良外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的效果突出,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conservative treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy.The clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores at different time points,and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After 1,2,4,and 8 d of treatment,VAS scores of the observation group were(6.23±0.43),(5.11±0.45),(3.28±0.24),and(1.82±0.17)points,which were significantly lower than(6.45±0.32),(5.32±0.28),(3.98±0.42),and(2.65±0.29)points of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of material life status,physical function,social function and psychological function in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment;the material life status score of the observation group was(76.22±9.88)points,the physical function score was(78.29±9.78)points,the social function score was(75.21±9.67)points,and the psychological function score was(76.22±9.72)points,which were significantly higher than(71.22±9.48),(74.21±9.55),(70.32±9.51),and(72.21±9.31)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy shows outstanding effect in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and is worthy of recommendation.
