摘要
跟骨为最大跗骨,是重要承重骨,其在踝关节与后足功能中具有重要作用。跟骨骨折为常见足部损伤,大部分会累及关节面,可导致长期行走功能障碍与关节疼痛,多采用手术治疗。与传统手术方案相较而言,微创手术可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减轻软组织损伤,但微创手术并不适用于任何跟骨骨折类型,且不同类型所采用的微创手术方案也存在一定差异,故准确分型可对治疗方案的选择提供有效参考依据。本文综述了跟骨骨折的分型方法以及不同微创手术治疗的优势,旨在为临床治疗提供有效参考。
The calcaneus is the largest tarsal bone and an important weight-bearing bone,playing a crucial role in ankle joint and hind foot function.Calcaneal fracture is a common foot injury that mostly affects the joint surface and can lead to long-term walking dysfunction and joint pain,and surgical treatment is often used.Compared with traditional surgical methods,minimally invasive surgery can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and alleviate soft tissue damage.However,minimally invasive surgery is not suitable for any type of calcaneal fracture,and there are certain differences in the minimally invasive surgical methods used for different types.Therefore,accurate classification can provide effective reference for the selection of treatment plans.This article reviews the classification methods of calcaneal fractures and the advantages of different minimally invasive surgical treatments,aiming to provide effective references for clinical treatment.
