摘要
目的目的重视道地药材发展,进一步研究“八大宛药”。南阳的药材因其品质好,有效成分含量高,故以“八大宛药”之名流传至今。做好道地药材的品种保护及质量控制对于中药材发展是至关重要的,但目前对“八大宛药”的历史考证较多,鉴别方法融合论述较少,本文意在完善八味药的显微鉴别。方法方法实赴河南南阳医圣祠药材市场购入“八大宛药”,对八味药进行完整的显微鉴别,确定显微鉴别特征。结果与结论结果与结论完善八味药的性状鉴别和显微鉴别,可更加直观、便捷、快速地鉴别真伪,完善道地药材质量标准,提高道地药材鉴别方法,为用药安全提供参考。
Objective To develop genuine regional drugs and further study the“Badawan medicine”.Nanyang Herbs have good quality and high effective components.Therefore,it is very important to protect the varieties and control the quality of genuine regional drug for the development of Chinese medicinal materials.But at present,there are more historical textual research on“Badawan medicine”and less discussion on the fusion of identification methods.This paper is intended to improve the microscopic identification of eight drugs.Methods Purchase from Nanyang Medical Shrine Medicinal Materials Market in Henan Province to purchase the“Badawan medicine”,and carried out a complete microscopic identification of the eight flavor medicines to determine the microscopic identification characteristics.Results and Conclusion Improving the identification of the characteristics and microscopic identification of the eight herbs can provide a more intuitive,convenient,and rapid way to distinguish authenticity,improve the quality standards of authentic medicinal materials,enhance the identification methods of authentic medicinal materials,and provide reference for medication safety.
