摘要
近视是常见的眼科疾病,其全球发病率逐年上升,高度近视导致视力丧失的风险增加,在我国尤其是青少年近视率逐年攀升,其导致的并发症可能造成家庭和社会经济效益的巨大损失,因此实施有效的近视防控措施至关重要。近视的病因复杂,人们对其发病机制的研究证实视网膜周边远视性离焦是促进眼轴增长和近视进展的关键因素之一,由此引出的“视网膜周边离焦理论”,尤其是光学离焦技术对近视控制的应用日益成为青少年近视防控的主要手段之一。本文将从离焦理论、动物实验结论、临床研究结果、三种不同光学离焦技术控制近视的临床研究结果进行综述,拟为延缓近视进展的治疗手段提供新的可行方案。
Myopia is a common ophthalmic disease,its global incidence is increasing year by year,high myopia leads to an increased risk of vision loss,and in our country,especially among adolescents,the rate of myopia is rising year by year.Its complications may cause huge losses to families and social economic benefits.Therefore,it is crucial to implement effective myopia prevention and control measures.The etiology of myopia is complex,and studies on its pathogenesis have confirmed that periretinal hyperfarsighted defocus is one of the key factors to promote the growth of eye axis and myopia progression.The"periretinal defocus theory",especially the application of optical defocus technology to myopia control,has increasingly become one of the main means for the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents.This article will review the defocusing theory,animal experimental results,clinical research results,and clinical research results of three different optical defocusing techniques to control myopia,in order to provide a new feasible treatment for delaying myopia progression.
