上海市静安区小学生含糖饮料认知情况及其影响因素分析

摘要 目的了解上海市静安区小学生含糖饮料认知情况及其影响因素,为采取针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法2021年12月—2022年1月采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法抽取上海市静安区1~5年级小学生进行问卷调查,收集静安区小学生含糖饮料认识情况,并应用有序Logistic回归模型分析影响因素。结果共获得有效问卷1404份。题目“补充维生素的最佳方案是喝饮料”正确率最高(96.79%),“含糖饮料会增加骨折风险”“喝药时不能用饮料送服”和“功能性饮料适合所有人饮用”正确率最低,分别为67.31%、82.34%和86.25%。有序回归结果显示,男生(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.03~1.55)、低年级(2~5年级:OR=0.33、0.31、0.29、0.17,95%CI:0.24~0.45、0.23~0.44、0.21~0.40、0.12~0.25)、不关注营养标签(关注OR=0.71,95%CI:0.52~0.97)、父母从不劝阻不喝含糖饮料(偶尔有和一直有:OR=0.61、0.58,95%CI:0.42~0.87、0.40~0.83)、三餐每天搭配含糖饮料(偶尔有和从不:OR=0.13、0.11,95%CI:0.03~0.48、0.03~0.42)是含糖饮料知识得分的不利因素。结论上海市静安区小学生对含糖饮料的整体认知水平良好,认知程度受学校和家庭因素影响,应结合小学生身心发展特点,探索多元健康宣教方式。 Objective To understand the awareness of sugar-sweetened beverages(SSBs)and its associated fac-tors among primary school students in Jing'an District,and to provide basis for making targeted intervention measures.Methods From December 2021 to January 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among primary school students from Grade 1th to Grade 5th in Jing'an District of Shanghai,and the awareness rate of SSBs related knowledge was investiga-ted.Ordinal regression was used for multi-factor analysis.Results A total of 1404 valid questionnaires were collected.The correct rate of the question"The best way to supply vitamins is to drink beverages"was the highest(96.79%),while the correct rates of"SSBs increase the risk of fractures"(67.31%),"Do not use beverages when taking medication"(82.34%),and"Functional beverages are suitable for everyone"(86.25%)were the lowest.The ordered regression re-sults showed that male students(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.03-1.55),lower grades(Grade 2-5th OR=0.33,0.31,0.29,0.17,95%CI:0.24-0.45、0.23-0.44、0.21-0.40、0.12-0.25),not paying attention to nutrition labels(paying attention OR=0.71,95%CI:0.52-0.97),parents never discouraging drinking sugary drinks(occasionally and always OR=0.61,0.58,95%CI:0.42-0.87,0.40-0.83),and having sugary drinks with meals every day(oc-casionally and never OR=0.13,0.11,95%CI:0.03-0.48,0.03-0.42)were risk factors for the knowledge about SSBs.Conclusion The overall awareness level of SSBs among primary school students in Jing'an District was good,and it was associated with school and family factors.It is suggested to explore various health education methods based on the physi-cal and mental development characteristics of primary school students.
