摘要 在激烈的全球竞争环境下,纺织行业传统财务流程存在效率低、成本高及人为错误频发等问题。通过案例分析和技术实施发现,人工智能(AI)技术通过机器学习与自然语言处理能实现发票自动审核、财务数据深度分析及趋势预测,使财务报告生成时间缩短40%,错误率降低50%;机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术通过自动化执行发票录入、账目核对等重复性任务,显著提升流程效率,例如某企业月结账时间从5天缩短至1天,处理时间缩短约70%。此外,AI与RPA的融合应用不仅降低了运营成本,还推动了财务共享中心从劳动密集型向技术驱动型转型,释放了人力资源以聚焦战略决策。基于此,文章探讨了AI与RPA技术在纺织企业财务共享中心中的应用及其对效率提升的作用,同时验证了“AI+RPA”在纺织企业财务共享中心效率提升、成本控制及风险管理中的关键价值。 In the fiercely competitive global environment,traditional financial processes in the textile industry suffer from low efficiency,high costs,and frequent human errors.Through case analysis and technical implementation,it has been found that artificial intelligence(AI)technology,through machine learning and natural language processing,can achieve automatic invoice review,deep analysis of financial data,and trend prediction,reducing financial report generation time by 40%and error rates by 50%;robotic process automation(RPA)technology significantly improves process efficiency by automating repetitive tasks such as invoice entry and account verification.For example,a company’s monthly closing time has been reduced from 5 days to 1 day,and processing time has been reduced by up to 70%.In addition,the integration of AI and RPA not only reduces operating costs,but also promotes the transformation of financial shared centers from labor-intensive to technology driven,freeing up human resources to focus on strategic decision-making.Based on this,the article explores the application of AI and RPA technology in the financial shared center of textile enterprises and their role in improving efficiency.At the same time,it verifies the key value of“AI+RPA”in improving efficiency,cost control,and risk management in the financial shared center of textile enterprises.
