在素质教育改革不断推进的当下,高中体育教学应紧密围绕新课程标准,将学科核心素养的培养作为教学的核心任务,助力学生形成关键能力和高尚品格,为其未来发展筑牢根基。该文立足于新课程背景,深入剖析高中体育学科核心素养落实过程中面临的教学目标不完善、教学内容僵化等挑战,并探索相应的科学教学策略。通过在体育教学实践中优化教学目标、内容与方法等关键要素,能够有效提升学生的体育素养,推动高中体育教学质量的显著提升。
In the context of the continuous advancement of quality education reform,high school physical education should closely follow the new curriculum standards and regard the cultivation of students'core literacy as the core task of teaching,so as to help students form key abilities and noble character,and lay a solid foundation for their future development.This article,based on the background of the new curriculum,deeply analyzes the challenges faced in the implementation of core literacy in high school physical education,such as the imperfection of teaching objectives and the rigidity of teaching content,and explores corresponding scientific teaching strategies.By optimizing key elements such as teaching objectives,content,and methods in the practice of physical education teaching,students'physical literacy can be effectively improved,and the quality of high school physical education can be significantly enhanced.
