摘要
基于共生理论视角,从共生基础、共生机制和共生路径三个方面分析学校党建文化与体育文化的互动机制和实践指向。研究指出,人的全面发展的目标理念、着力解决现实问题的力量内核和实现创新发展的实践追求是两者的共生基础;认同、融合与生成是两者的共生机制;聚合共生事件、创设共生模式、营造共生环境,是两者的共生发展路径。推动两者共生发展需要从聚合共生事件、创设共生模式、营造共生环境三个方面逐步展开,激发多元主体深度参与动力,建立一种持续的保障制度,推动两种文化平衡互惠和可持续发展。
From the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism and practical orientation of school party building culture and sports culture from three aspects:symbiosis foundation,symbiosis mechanism and symbiosis path.It is pointed out that the goal concept of all-round development of human beings,the core of strength to solve practical problems and the practical pursuit of innovative development are the symbiotic basis of the two.Identification,fusion and generation are the symbiotic mechanisms of the two.Aggregation of symbiotic events,creation of symbiotic mode and construction of symbiotic environment are the paths of symbiotic development.To promote the symbiotic development of the two cultures,it is necessary to gradually develop from three aspects:aggregation of symbiotic events,creation of symbiotic mode and creation of symbiotic environment,stimulate the deep participation of multiple subjects,establish a continuous guarantee system,and promote the balanced,mutually beneficial and sustainable development of the two cultures.
