摘要
新时代高职校园体育文化建设在五育并举育人机制中具有重要意义,有利于营造更好的育人氛围,促进高职学生健康全面成长,培养高素质的技能型和创新型人才。目前,高职院校体育文化建设尚存在基础设施有待完善、教学方法创新不足、师资队伍有待增强、学生的参与主动性不强、地方特色不够鲜明等方面的问题,尤其在党建引领下校园特色体育文化品牌打造方面还有较大的提升空间。文章结合当前高职院校体育文化建设与发展现状,对高职院校基于党建引领来打造自身特色体育文化品牌的必要性和具体的路径进行了研究,以期进一步推动高职院校以及体育教育事业的发展。
The construction of sports culture in higher vocational campuses in the new era is of great significance in the five education mechanisms,which is conducive to creating a better education atmosphere,promoting the healthy and comprehensive growth of higher vocational students,and cultivating high-quality skilled and innovative talents.At present,there are still problems in the construction of physical culture in higher vocational institutions,such as infrastructure to be improved,insufficient innovation of teaching methods,teachers to be strengthened,students′participation initiative is not strong,and local characteristics are not distinctive enough,especially in the branding of campus special physical culture under the leadership of party building.This paper combines the current situation of sports culture construction and development in higher vocational colleges,and examines the necessity and specific paths for higher vocational colleges to build their own special sports culture brand based on the leadership of party building in order to further promote the development of higher vocational colleges as well as physical education.
