摘要
目的:分析延续性康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年12月黑龙江省第二医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者92例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施延续性康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组遵医行为、腰椎功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.007)。结论:延续性康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症术后患者中的应用效果显著,可增强患者遵医行为,改善患者腰椎功能,提高满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing in patients after lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion surgery.Methods:A total of ninety-two patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion admitted to Heilongjiang Second Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with forty-six cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the nursing care,the compliance behavior and lumbar spine function of the observation group were both better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.007).Conclusion:The application effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing in postoperative patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is remarkable.It can enhance patients'compliance with medical advice,improve the lumbar function of patients,and increase satisfaction.
