摘要
以4个不同生产方向的绵羊为研究对象,测定初生重、断奶重、六月龄重、周岁重、成年重和产羔率,以及中国美利奴羊(新疆军垦型)和南非肉用美利奴羊的周岁羊毛自然长度和纤维直径,应用t检验和单因素方差统计学方法分析品种间生长、繁殖和毛用性能的差异。结果表明,南非肉用美利奴羊断奶、周岁和成年重显著高于其它品种(P<0.05);多胎萨福克羊断奶重显著高于中国美利奴羊(新疆军垦型)和Beltex羊(P<0.05),周岁重和成年重显著高于Beltex羊(P<0.05);中国美利奴羊(新疆军垦型)初生重、六月龄重和成年重显著高于Beltex羊(P<0.05)。多胎萨福克羊产羔率最高,达到200%。中国美利奴羊周岁羊毛纤维直径显著小于南非肉用美利奴羊(P<0.05)。结果说明,不同生产方向的绵羊有其特有的生产性能,南非肉用美利奴羊生长性能好且兼顾毛用性能,中国美利奴羊(新疆军垦型)羊毛细度好,多胎萨福克羊繁殖率高、生长速度快。
Taking four sheep with different production directions as the research object,the birth weight,weaning weight,six-month-old weight,one-year-old weight,adult weight and lambing rate were measured,as well as the natural length and fiber diameter of one-year-old wool of Chinese Merino sheep(Xinjiang Junken type)and South African Mutton Merino sheep.The differences of growth,reproduction and wool performance among breeds were analyzed by t test and single factor variance statistical method.The results showed that the weaning,one-year-old and adult weight of South African meat Merino sheep were significantly higher than those of other breeds(P<0.05).The weaning weight of multiparous Suffolk sheep was significantly higher than that of Chinese Merino sheep(Xinjiang Junken type)and Beltex sheep(P<0.05),and the one-year-old weight and adult weight were significantly higher than that of Beltex sheep(P<0.05).The birth weight,six-month-old weight and adult weight of Chinese Merino sheep(Xinjiang Junken type)were significantly higher than those of Beltex sheep(P<0.05).The lambing rate of multiparous Suffolk sheep was the highest,reaching 200%.The wool fiber diameter of yearling Chinese Merino sheep was significantly smaller than that of South African meat Merino sheep(P<0.05).The results showed that sheep in different production directions had their unique production performance.South African meat Merino sheep had good growth performance and wool performance.Chinese Merino sheep(Xinjiang Junken type)had good wool fineness,and multiparous Suffolk sheep had high reproduction rate and fast growth rate.
