摘要
GAI技术创新引领着教育的数智化转型,将GAI技术有效融入教学策略是重塑教育形态、提升人才培养质量的关键。通过对589位高校教师开展问卷调查,构建结构方程模型检验教师数字素养和教师领导力在GAI技术与教师教学策略之间的作用机制。研究发现,GAI技术能够显著正向影响教师数字素养和教师领导力,GAI技术与教师教学策略之间没有直接效应,教师数字素养和教师领导力在GAI技术与教师教学策略之间既发挥独立的中介作用,也发挥链式中介作用。研究揭示了这一机制的成因,并从动力源、行动链与助推剂三个角度提出提升数字素养认知、鼓励问题导向的非正式数字学习、培养和发挥领导教师的领导力以增强教师的数字素养和教师领导力,为人工智能时代教学策略的优化与新型教学实践提供借鉴与参考。
GAI technology innovation leads the digital transformation of education,and the effective integration of GAI technology into teaching strategies is the key to reshaping educational paradigm and improving the quality of talent cultivation.Through a questionnaire survey of 589 college teachers,structural equation model was constructed to test the mechanism of teachers’digital literacy and teacher leadership between GAI technology and teaching strategies.It was found that GAI technology can significantly and positively affect teachers’digital literacy and teacher leadership;there is no direct effect between GAI technology and teaching strategies;and teachers’digital literacy and teacher leadership play both independent and chain mediating roles between GAI technology and teaching strategies.The study reveals the causes of this mechanism and proposes to enhance digital literacy cognition,encourage problem-oriented informal digital learning,and cultivate and leverage the leadership of leading teachers to enhance teachers’digital literacy and teacher leadership from three perspectives:power source,action chain and booster,in order to provide lessons and references for the optimization of teaching strategies and new teaching practices in the age of AI.
