摘要
动力电池回收利用产业作为新能源汽车产业链健康可持续发展的重要环节,对于保障资源安全、推动产业绿色低碳转型具有至关重要的作用。系统性分析了动力电池回收及综合利用现状,全面评估我国动力电池回收利用体系发展成效,深入剖析在管理举措、标准体系、回收网络、产业布局、行业竞争、技术装备等方面的突出问题,聚焦发展短板与薄弱环节,提出针对性的产业高质量发展建议和举措。
As a critical component of the healthy and sustainable development of the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry chain,the power battery recycling and utilization industry is of vital significance for safeguarding resource security and propelling the green and low-carbon transition of the industry.This paper systematically evaluated the current status and development achievements of power battery recycling and utilization in China.Meanwhile,the prominent issues in management measures,standard systems,recycling networks,industrial layout,industry competition,and technical equipment were reviewed.In the view of the weak links in development,some suggestions and strategies were proposed correspondingly to promote the high-quality industrial development.
