摘要 基于碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)钻削实验分析了钻削过程的温变特性,研究了钻削加工参数对钻削温度和材料损伤的影响。结果表明:钻削温度随钻削深度同趋势增加,出口侧加工缺陷主要位于90°纤维切削角区域;进给量和转速都对热量累积起着重要作用,与转速相比,进给量对温度的影响占主导地位;钻削温度随进给量增大而降低,综合损伤因子随进给量的增大而增大。 Based on the drilling experiment of carbon fibre reinforced plastics(CFRP),the temperature variation characteristics of drilling process are analyzed,and the effects of drilling parameters on drilling temperature,and material damage are studied.The results show that the drilling temperature increases with the drilling depth,and the machining defects on the outlet side are mainly located in the 90°fiber cutting angle region.Both feed rate and rotating speed play an important role in heat accumulation.Compared with rotating speed,the effect of feed rate on temperature is dominant.The drilling temperature decreases with the increase of feed rate,and the comprehensive damage factor increases with the increase of feed rate.
