摘要
文章基于服装传统制造业的数字化转型需求,通过案例分析与文献研究,探究电商赋能下服装制造业的转型路径与实施效果。研究发现,电商通过数字化PLM管理、智能化生产流程优化与供应链金融体系构建,显著提升服装企业的市场响应效率与生产灵活性;以李宁公司为例,数字化转型需实现设计、生产与供应链的全链条协同。研究认为,电商赋能是传统服装制造业向智能化、个性化转型的核心驱动力,为行业可持续发展提供理论与实践参考。
Based on the digital transformation needs of the traditional garment manufacturing industry,this study employs case analysis and literature research to explore the implementation paths and effects of e-commerce empowerment.The research finds that e-commerce significantly enhances market responsiveness and production flexibility through digital PLM management,optimized intelligent production processes,and the construction of a financial supply chain system.The case study of Li-Ning demonstrates that digital transformation requires full-chain coordination of design,production,and supply chain.The study concludes that e-commerce empowerment serves as a core driver for transforming traditional garment manufacturing toward intelligence and personalization,providing theoretical and practical references for sustainable industrial development.
