摘要
数字化转型是服装纺织行业应对市场需求波动、环保政策收紧、消费者个性化需求升级等多重挑战的关键路径,而企业资源计划(ERP)系统在整合生产、供应链、财务等环节中具有重要作用。探讨服装纺织业在数字化转型中如何高效应用ERP系统,展望未来与人工智能、物联网等技术融合的趋势,旨在为服装纺织行业实现降本增效与可持续发展提供策略参考。
Digital transformation is a key path for the garment and textile industry to cope with multiple challenges such as market demand fluctuations,environmental protection policy tightening,consumer personalized demand upgrading,and enterprise resource planning(ERP)system plays an important role in integrating production,supply chain,finance and other links.Therefore,how to efficiently apply ERP system in the digital transformation of the garment and textile industry is discussed,and the trend of integration with technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things is expected in the future,aiming to provide strategic reference for the garment and textile industry to achieve cost reduction and efficiency and sustainable development.
