摘要
目的探索中老年癌症患者抑郁情况以及影响因素。方法提取2018年中国健康与养老追踪调查数据中45岁及以上中老年人群中社会角色、经济情况、社会保险以及健康状况等信息,其中癌症患者183例。采用logistic回归分析中老年癌症患者发生抑郁的影响因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,婚姻状况、是否有退休金以及教育背景与抑郁相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,其他婚姻情况(β=1.373,OR=3.947,95%CI:1.461~10.667)以及没有退休金(β=1.001,OR=2.722,95%CI:1.308~5.664)是中老年癌症患者发生抑郁状态的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论中老年癌症患者是发生抑郁的高危人群,通过婚姻状态以及有无退休金等危险因素早期识别高危人群并早期干预,可以减少中老年癌症患者抑郁发生,从而实现健康老龄化。
Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of depression in middle-aged and elderly cancer patients.Methods Information such as social roles,economic conditions,social insurance and health status among middle-aged and elderly people aged 45 and above in the 2018 China Health and Retirement Follow-up Survey data was extracted,among which there were 183 cancer patients.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of depression in middle-aged and elderly cancer patients.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that marital status,presence or absence of pensions,and educational background were related to depression,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that other marital conditions(β=1.373,OR=3.947,95%CI:1.461-10.667)and no pension(β=1.001,OR=2.722,95%CI:1.308-5.664)were independent risk factors for depressive state in middle-aged and elderly cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Middle-aged and elderly cancer patients are at high risk of depression.Early identification of high-risk groups and early intervention through risk factors such as marital status and the presence or absence of pensions can reduce the occurrence of depression in middle-aged and elderly cancer patients,thereby achieving healthy aging.
