摘要
目的探讨抚触结合早期游泳在新生儿黄疸患儿中的应用效果。方法60例新生儿黄疸患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,行常规护理干预)和观察组(n=30,在对照组基础上行抚触结合早期游泳干预)。对比两组发育情况、经皮胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间。结果干预后,观察组患儿适应能力、社会行为、精细动作、语言、大运动以及总发育商分别为(97.86±3.88)、(96.98±3.19)、(94.89±3.89)、(97.85±3.19)、(99.62±3.28)、(97.22±5.38)分,比对照组的(93.28±4.16)、(92.52±4.17)、(91.51±4.28)、(93.29±4.17)、(96.53±3.25)、(93.54±4.87)分更高(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿经皮胆红素水平(9.55±0.87)mg/dl低于对照组的(11.03±1.11)mg/dl(P<0.05)。观察组胆红素消退时间(11.35±1.13)d短于对照组的(15.49±2.44)d(P<0.05)。结论抚触结合早期游泳在新生儿黄疸患儿中的应用效果显著,可有效促进婴儿发育,改善胆红素水平,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore the application effect of touch combined with early swimming in neonates with jaundice.Methods 60 neonates with jaundice were divided into the control group(n=30,routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(n=30,touch combined with early swimming intervention on the basis of the control group)according to the random numerical table.The development conditions,percutaneous determination of bilirubin and jaundice regression time of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the adaptability,social behavior,fine motor,language,gross motor development quotient and total development quotient were(97.86±3.88),(96.98±3.19),(94.89±3.89),(97.85±3.19),(99.62±3.28),and(97.22±5.38)in the observation group,which were higher than(93.28±4.16),(92.52±4.17),(91.51±4.28),(93.29±4.17),(96.53±3.25),and(93.54±4.87)in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the percutaneous determination of bilirubin in the observation group was(9.55±0.87)mg/dl,which was lower than(11.03±1.11)mg/dl in the control group(P<0.05).The bilirubin regression time in the observation group was(11.35±1.13)d,which was shorter than(15.49±2.44)d in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of touch and early swimming has a significant practical effect on neonatal jaundice,which can effectively promote infant development,improve bilirubin level,and has significant clinical application value.
