摘要
电梯机械部件在长期使用中会因磨损导致性能下降,影响电梯的安全性与可靠性。研究了电梯部件磨损的监测与维护技术,重点探讨振动、声学和温度监测方法,并结合实际案例分析了不同技术在电梯维护中的应用。研究表明,采用多种监测技术结合预测性维护,能够有效延长电梯机械部件的使用寿命,提高电梯运行的安全性和效率,为电梯的故障预防与可靠性保障提供技术支持。
The elevator mechanical parts in the long-term use of wear will lead to performance decline,affecting the safety and reliability of the elevator.It studies the monitoring and maintenance technology of elevator parts wear,focusing on vibration,acoustics and temperature monitoring methods,and analyzes the application of different technologies in elevator maintenance combined with practical cases.The research shows that the use of various monitoring technologies combined with predictive maintenance can effectively extend the service life of elevator mechanical parts,improve the safety and efficiency of elevator operation,and provide technical support for the fault prevention and reliability of elevators.
