Innovative Application of High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Technology for Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment

摘要 基于煤矿井水预处理系统、通风设备、提升运输设备等关键设备的能耗特点,提出了变频调速技术、能源梯级利用、智能监测与控制系统等创新节能技术应用策略。实践表明,这些技术的综合应用能显著降低煤矿机械设备能耗,提升设备运行效率,促进煤矿企业实现可持续发展,对推动煤炭行业绿色转型具有重要意义。 The energy consumption characteristics of key equipment such as coal mine well water pretreatment systems,ventilation equipment,and lifting and transportation equipment were studied and analyzed,and innovative energy-saving technology application strategies such as variable frequency speed regulation technology,energy cascade utilization,and intelligent monitoring and control systems were proposed.Practice has shown that the comprehensive application of these technologies can significantly reduce the energy consumption of coal mine machinery and equipment,improve equipment operation efficiency,and promote the sustainable development of coal mine enterprises,which is of great significance to promoting the green transformation of the coal industry.
