矿井水处理系统运行能效分级评价研究

摘要 矿井水处理系统降耗增效对于推动煤矿行业的绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。本文采用案例分析法,针对6个煤矿矿井水处理系统的三类不同处理工艺,提出矿井水处理预沉调节、澄清过滤和煤泥处理三个环节系统能效比E这一评价指标,实现对矿井水处理整改系统能效的分级评价。研究结果表明:处理每单位立方米矿井水,高矿化度矿井水能耗最高,系统比能耗为2.09~9.09 kWh/m^(3);高悬浮物浓度矿井水能耗次之,系统比能耗为0.26 kWh/m^(3);含特殊组分矿井水能耗相对最低,系统比能耗为0.19~0.21 kWh/m^(3);矿井水处理系统能效评级分为强节能、基本节能和不节能三级。运用该评价指标能进一步建立新的分级标准,细化节能数据,精确地反映高能耗系统的能效状况,为矿井水处理系统节能运行评价提供了一种较为客观实用的方法。 Reducing consumption and increasing efficiency of mine water treatment system is of great significance for promoting the green and low-carbon development of coal industry.In this paper,the case analysis method is used to propose the evaluation index of the energy efficiency ratio E of the three links of mine water treatment pre-settling adjustment,clarification filtration and slime treatment for the three different treatment processes of the six coal mine water treatment systems.The results show that the energy consumption of high salinity mine water is the highest per unit cubic meter of mine water treatment,and the specific energy consumption of the system is 2.09~9.09 kWh/m^(3).The energy consumption of mine water with high suspended matter concentration is the second,and the specific energy consumption of the system is 0.26 kWh/m^(3).The energy consumption of mine water containing special components is the lowest,and the specific energy consumption of the system is 0.19~0.21 kWh/m^(3).The energy efficiency rating of mine water treatment system is divided into three levels:strong energy saving,basic energy saving and no energy saving.The application of the evaluation index can further establish a new classification standard,refine the energy-saving data,accurately reflect the energy efficiency of the high energy consumption system,and provide a more objective and practical method for the energy-saving operation evaluation of the mine water treatment system.
