摘要
目的分析新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿家属应用情绪行为的理性重构疗法对不良情绪、应对方式及希望水平的影响。方法将2022年3月~2024年2月期间黑龙江省佳木斯市妇幼保健院90例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿家属纳入为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组。基础组45例给予常规干预措施,研究组45例在此基础上增加情绪行为的理性重构疗法。对比两组患儿家属不良情绪、应对方式及希望水平。结果干预后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表分值均低于基础组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组面对分值高于基础组,回避、屈服分值均低于基础组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组采取的积极行动、看待现实及未来的态度、同他人维度的亲密关系分值均高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论情绪行为的理性重构疗法联合常规干预措施能够有效减轻新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿家属不良情绪,改善希望水平及应对方式。
Objective To investigate the effects of rational reconfiguration of emotional behavior on adverse emotions,coping style and hope level of family members of neonatal children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A total of 90 family members of newborn infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy from March 2022 to February 2024 in Jiamusi Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Heilongjiang Province were included in the study and grouped by random number table method.The control group(45 cases)received conventional intervention measures,and the study group(45 cases)added rational reconstruction therapy of emotional behavior on this basis.The negative emotions,coping styles and hope level of family members of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the face scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive actions taken by the study group,the attitude towards reality and future,and the scores of intimate relationship with others were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational reconstruction therapy of emotional behavior combined with routine intervention can effectively reduce the adverse emotions of family members of neonatal children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,improve the level of hope and coping style.
