摘要
目的调查青少年抑郁症患者自杀未遂(suicide attempt,SA)发生情况并探讨其影响因素。方法选取2021年6月~2024年6月共110例青少年抑郁症患者,采用一般资料调查表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、Barratt冲动量表、非自杀性自伤行为评定问卷、生活事件量表进行问卷调查。采用单因素分析及Logistic回归分析青少年抑郁症患者SA发生的影响因素。结果110例青少年抑郁症患者中SA占比20.90%;单因素分析显示SA与无SA患者在性别、父母最高学历、合并焦虑、童年虐待经历、冲动评分、非自杀性自伤行为、负性生活事件评分方面具有显著差异(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,合并焦虑、童年虐待经历、冲动、非自杀性自伤行为、负性生活事件是青少年抑郁症患者SA的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论焦虑、童年虐待经历、冲动、非自杀性自伤、负性生活事件是青少年抑郁症患者发生SA的影响因素,应加强筛查并关注重点人群,早期识别自杀风险。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of suicide attempt(SA)in adolescents with adolescent depression and to explore the factors influencing SA.Methods The study population consisted of a total of 110 patients with adolescent depression from June 2021 to June 2024,all of whom signed an informed consent form to investigate the occurrence of SA in patients.Univariate analysis was performed to analyze general data such as gender,age,and disease duration of patients with and without SA to social and psychological data such as anxiety and negative life events,and multifactorial analysis was performed to investigate the factors affecting SA.Results Twenty-three of 110 patients with adolescent depression presented with SA.gender,highest parental education,comorbid anxiety,childhood abuse experience,impulsivity scores,non-suicidal self-injurious behavior,and negative life event scores were significantly different between patients with SA and those without SA(P<u0.05).The differences in age,place of residence,single-parent family,and only child were not significant(P>0.05).Comorbid anxiety,childhood abuse experience,impulsivity,non-suicidal self-injurious behavior,and negative life event were the influencing factors of SA in patients with adolescent depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with adolescent depression are prone to SA,and influencing factors include anxiety,childhood abuse experiences,etc.Targeted psychological interventions can be developed based on the influencing factors.
