摘要
分析利伐沙班联合血栓通致颅内出血的不良事件。分析1例使用利伐沙班联合血栓通治疗后出现颅内出血的病例,评价颅内出血与药物使用的相关性。结果显示患者颅内出血考虑为利伐沙班的不良反应,但不排除与血栓通联合用药有关。临床应加强利伐沙班的药学监护,特别是联合使用活血化瘀的中成药时。
This paper analyze the adverse events of intracranial hemorrhage caused by rivaroxaban combined with Xueshuantong.1 case of intracranial hemorrhage after treatment with rivaroxaban in combination with thromboxane was analyzed to evaluate the correlation between intracranial hemorrhage and drug use.The patient's intracranial hemorrhage is considered to be an adverse reaction of rivaroxaban,but it cannot be ruled out to be related to the combined use of Xueshuantong.The pharmaceutical care of rivaroxaban should be strengthened in clinical practice,especially when combined with Chinese patent medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
