摘要
目的探究聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液联合耳穴贴压治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者代谢指标及性激素水平的影响。方法选取65例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为对照组(33例)和研究组(32例)。对照组给予二甲双胍缓释片治疗,研究组给予聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液联合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组患者代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、性激素指标[血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]、治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组FBG(5.2±1.0)mmol/L、FINS(10.0±1.4)μIU/ml、TC(4.3±0.5)mmol/L、TG(1.8±0.2)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.4±0.4)mmol/L均低于对照组的(6.5±1.6)mmol/L、(12.7±2.1)μIU/ml、(5.2±0.9)mmol/L、(2.3±0.1)mmol/L、(4.3±0.9)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.4±0.1)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.0±0.2)mmol/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组LH(8.3±2.2)mIU/ml、FSH(5.4±1.2)mIU/ml低于对照组的(9.7±3.1)、(6.3±1.8)mIU/ml(P<0.05)。研究组的临床总有效率90.6%高于对照组的69.7%(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗期间应用聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液联合耳穴贴压可以改善各项代谢指标,降低性激素水平,促使患者逐渐恢复正常,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of polyethylene glycol loxenatide injection combined with auricular point sticking on metabolic indexes and sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 65 patients with PCOS were selected and randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and study group(32 cases).The control group was treated with metformin sustained-release tablets,and the study group was treated with polyethylene glycol loxenatide injection combined with auricular point sticking.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of metabolic indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],sex hormone indexes[serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)]and therapeutic effects.Results The study group had FBG of(5.2±1.0)mmol/L,FINS of(10.0±1.4)μIU/ml,TC of(4.3±0.5)mmol/L,TG of(1.8±0.2)mmol/L,LDL-C of(3.4±0.4)mmol/L,which were lower than(6.5±1.6)mmol/L,(12.7±2.1)μIU/ml,(5.2±0.9)mmol/L,(2.3±0.1)mmol/L,(4.3±0.9)mmol/L in the control group;HDL-C of(1.4±0.1)mmol/L was higher than(1.0±0.2)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had LH of(8.3±2.2)mIU/ml and FSH of(5.4±1.2)mIU/ml,which were lower than(9.7±3.1)and(6.3±1.8)mIU/ml in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of 90.6%in the study group was higher than 69.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of polyethylene glycol loxenatide injection combined with auricular point sticking during the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can improve various metabolic indexes and reduce the level of sex hormones,and promote the gradual recovery of patients,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
