摘要
目的 探讨精神分裂症患者血清性激素水平与其临床症状的关系。方法 纳入时间2022年1月~2023年12月,纳入本院126例精神分裂症为观察组,另纳入同期健康体检者90名为对照组。检测比较两组性激素指标[催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)]水平,另外通过Spearman秩相关分析精神分裂症患者血清性激素水平与PANSS各因子评分及总分的相关性。结果 较对照组,观察组男、女性患者血清PRL、T水平均更高,血清E2均更低(P<0.05);血清T水平与阴性因子评分呈正相关,血清E2水平与PANSS总分呈负相关,且P<0.05。结论 精神分裂症患者血清T、E2水平与精神症状联系密切,临床应密切监测。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum sex hormone levels and clinical symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,126 cases of schizophrenia were included in our hospital as the observation group,and 90 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were included as the control group.Compare the levels of two groups of sex hormone indicators[Prolactin(PRL),Estradiol(E2),Testosterone(T)],and analyze the correlation between serum sex hormone levels and PANSS factor scores and total scores in patients with schizophrenia using Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher average serum PRL and T levels in both male and female patients,and lower serum E2 levels(P<0.05).The serum T level is positively correlated with the negative factor score,and the serum E2 level is negatively correlated with the PANSS total score,with P<0.05.Conclusion The serum levels of T and E2 in patients with schizophrenia are closely related to their psychiatric symptoms and should be closely monitored clinically.
