摘要
目的探讨普拉洛芬联合耳穴压豆治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取过敏性结膜炎患者60例,经过随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取耳穴压豆治疗,同时两组患者均采取眼部干预措施。对比两组患者临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者分泌物增多消失时间(6.48±1.75)d、眼球发红消失时间(6.43±1.16)d、灼热感消失时间(6.66±1.86)d、眼痒消失时间(6.39±1.14)d、眨眼消失时间(5.14±2.88)d、畏光消失时间(5.20±3.14)d均短于对照组的(9.36±2.59)、(8.46±2.22)、(8.15±2.97)、(9.13±2.33)、(7.59±3.64)、(7.13±3.94)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率96.67%略高于对照组的90.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗过敏性结膜炎时应用普拉洛芬联合耳穴压豆,可以减轻眼部炎性反应,改善患者症状,临床疗效确切,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen combined with auricular points plaster therapy for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods 60 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with praloprofen eye drops,and the observation group was treated with auricular points plaster therapy on the basis of the control group.In addition,both groups of patients received ocular interventions.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 96.67%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the disappearance time of increased secretion was(6.48±1.75)d,the disappearance time of eyeball redness was(6.43±1.16)d,the disappearance time of burning sensation was(6.66±1.86)d,the disappearance time of eye itch was(6.39±1.14)d,the disappearance time of blinking was(5.14±2.88)d,and the disappearance time of phobias was(5.20±3.14)d,which were shorter than(9.36±2.59),(8.46±2.22),(8.15±2.97),(9.13±2.33),(7.59±3.64),and(7.13±3.94)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of 96.67%in the observation group was slightly higher than 90.00%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Pranoprofen combined with auricular points plaster therapy has definite clinical efficacy for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis,and can alleviate eye inflammatory reactions,and improve symptoms of patients.It has clinical promotion value.
