摘要
目的探讨高血压危象患者采用硝酸甘油进行治疗的临床效果。方法48例高血压危象患者作为研究对象,经过随机数字表法分为对照组(24例)及观察组(24例)。观察组患者治疗药物选择硝酸甘油,对照组患者治疗药物选择硝普钠。对两组患者的临床疗效和满意度进行比较。结果对照组6例无效,10例有效,8例显效,总有效率为75.00%;观察组1例无效,11例有效,12例显效,总有效率为95.83%。对照组总有效率相比于观察组更低,有统计学分析意义(P<0.05)。对照组6例非常满意,10例基本满意,8例不满意,总满意率为66.67%;观察组15例非常满意,7例基本满意,2例不满意,总满意率为91.67%。对照组总满意率相比于观察组更低,有统计学分析意义(P<0.05)。结论硝酸甘油对高血压危象患者的治疗效果明显,患者满意度高,并强调了药物治疗与生活方式干预相结合的重要性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nitroglycerin treatment for hypertensive crisis patients.Methods 48 patients with hypertensive crisis were selected as study subjects.According to random numerical table,they were divided into a control group(24 cases)and an observation group(24 cases).The treatment drug for patients in the observation group was nitroglycerin,while that for patients in the control group was sodium nitroprusside.The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results In the control group,6 cases were ineffective,10 cases were effective,and 8 cases were obvious effective,with a total effective rate of 75.00%;in the observation group,1 case was ineffective,11 cases were effective and 12 cases were obviously effective,with a total effective rate of 95.83%.The total effective rate was lower in the control group compared with the observation group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,6 cases were very satisfied,10 cases were basically satisfied,8 cases were not satisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 66.67%;in the observation group,15 cases were very satisfied,7 cases were basically satisfied,2 cases were not satisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 91.67%.The total satisfaction rate was lower in the control group compared with the observation group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nitroglycerin has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with hypertensive crisis,and the satisfaction of patients is high.It emphasizes the importance of combining drug therapy with lifestyle interventions.
