摘要
用MMS-300热力模拟机模拟不同焊接热输入下09MnNiDR钢粗晶热影响区组织和韧性性能,结果表明:09MnNiDR钢粗晶热影响区组织随着热输入的增加,由粒状贝氏体+板条贝氏体逐渐向粒状贝氏体+针状铁素体过渡,且组织中的马氏体—奥氏体组元(M-A组元)形貌逐渐由颗粒状变为长条状、再向块状变化,M-A组元的数量随着热输入的增加先增加后减少;当热输入为10 kJ·cm^(-1)时,粗晶热影响区的冲击吸收能量达到72 J满足标准要求,当热输入大于10 kJ·cm^(-1)时,粗晶热影响区的冲击吸收能量不再满足标准要求。
The microstructure and toughness of coarse grain heat affected zone of 09MnNiDR steel under different welding heat inputs were simulated by MMS-300 thermal simulator,The number of M-A components increases first and then decreases with the increase of heat input;When the heat input is 10 kJ·cm^(-1),the impact absorption energy of the coarse grain heat affected zone reaches 72 J,which meets the standard requirements.When the heat input is greater than 10 kJ·cm^(-1),the impact absorption energy of the coarse grain heat affected zone no longer meets the standard requirements.
