摘要
人民民主是社会主义的生命,中国共产党在漫长的民主实践中为全过程人民民主的科学论述带来深厚底蕴。基层民主是全过程人民民主的重要体现,在新时代,要坚持制度本土化、操作规范化和程序科学化,继续深化创新发展基层民主实践形式,为丰富发展全过程人民民主内涵带来支撑。
People’s democracy is the lifeblood of socialism.The Communist Party of China has provided profound connotations for the scientific discourse on whole process people’s democracy through its long-standing democratic practices.Grassroots democracy is an important manifestation of whole process people’s democracy.In the new era,it is essential to uphold the localization of systems,the standardization of operations,and the scientific nature of procedures,while continuing to deepen and innovate the forms of grassroots democratic practices,thereby supporting the enrichment and development of the connotation of whole process people’s democracy.
