摘要
为进一步提升新能源轻型商用车转向系统的稳定性和安全性,减轻驾驶员在转向过程中所需施加的力,降低操作难度,确保驾驶的轻便性和舒适性,本文以某款新能源轻型商用车为研究对象,详细阐述了其转向系统的匹配设计与校核过程。概括了转向系统主要部件从设计输入到设计输出所涉及的参数计算、分析以及对比验证等环节,并结合整车对转向系统的总体设计要求,选定了一套合理的转向系统匹配方案。本研究内容对新能源轻型商用车转向系统当前的设计开发工作具有一定的参考价值。
In order to further improve the stability and safety of the steering system of new energy light commercial vehicles,reduce the force required by the driver during the steering process,lower the difficulty of operation,and meet the requirements of driving lightness and comfort.This article takes a certain new energy light commercial vehicle as the research object,and elaborates in detail on the matching design and verification process of its steering system.It summarizes the parameter calculation,analysis,and comparative verification of the main components of the steering system from design input to output,and selects a reasonable steering system matching scheme based on the overall design requirements of the vehicle for the steering system.This research content has certain reference significance for the current design and development work of steering systems for new energy light commercial vehicles.
