摘要
为提高机载电子设备内部电源变换单元的工作稳定性和可靠性,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的电源监控单元。该电源监控的核心处理功能采用由两个FPGA组成的命令支路、监控支路的双通道硬件架构保证数据处理和输出控制的高完整性,在电源输入前端设计输入防护电路、储能和充放电管理电路以满足机载电子设备输入保护和供电中断的要求,在负载连接节点处设计输出控制和监控功能确保输出控制并完成负载的电气参数采集与监控,由CAN总线构成的问答式双向通信总线实现与外部的数据交互,设置专用存储器将监控单元的工作日志数据进行存储,为地面维护提供数据支撑。该电源监控单元功能完备、防护效果良好,可为机载电子设备内部电源变换单元的可靠性提升设计提供工程指导。
To improve the stability and reliability of the power conversion units in onboard electronic equipment,this paper proposes a power monitoring unit based on a field-programmable gate array(FPGA).The core processing function of the power monitoring unit is implemented by a dual-channel hardware architecture consisting of two FPGAs,the command path and the monitoring path,to ensure high integrity of data processing and output control.Input protection circuits,energy storage and charging/discharging management circuits are designed at the input of the power supply to meet the requirements of input protection and power interruption for onboard electronic equipment.Output control and monitoring functions are designed at the connection node of the load to ensure output control and complete the electrical parameter acquisition and monitoring of the load.A question-and-answer bidirectional communication bus based on CAN bus is used to realize data exchange with the external environment.A dedicated memory is used to store the logging data of the monitoring unit to provide data support for ground maintenance.The power monitoring unit has complete functions and good protection effects,and can provide engineering guidance for the reliability improvement design of the power conversion units in onboard electronic equipment.
