摘要
新商科视域下的学科素养培育是落实大学生素质全面发展的时代探索。大学生学科素养培育面临着在校学习短期性与素养训练长期性的矛盾、异质性个体与普适性培育方案之间的调和手段不足,以及传统教学模式对学生学科素养培育乏力等多重壁垒。构建“学校-企业-教师-学生”的多元联动体系,能促进传统教学模式与课程结构的革新,还能通过跨部门实习、社会实践、科研训练或创新创业实训等复合技能提升手段,提升大学生的课程学习、问题解决能力,厚植学科情感,培育学科素养。
The cultivation of disciplinary literacy is an exploratory effort to implement the comprehensive development of college students'core competences from the perspective of emerging business education.The cultivation of college students'disciplinary literacy faces multiple barriers,such as the contradiction between the short-term of school learning and the long-term of literacy training,the insufficient means of reconciling heterogeneous individuals and universal cultivation programs,and the limited effectiveness of traditional teaching modes in cultivating students'disciplinary literacy.The construction of a school-enterprise-teacher-student multi-agent linkage system can promote innovation in the traditional teaching mode and curriculum structure,and can also enhance the course learning and problem solving ability of college students through inter-departmental internships,social practice,scientific research training or innovation and entrepreneurship training and other skills,so as to foster a deeper emotional connection to academic disciplines and cultivating disciplinary literacy.
