To fully utilize and develop the scarce land resources in central urban area, the most effective way is to construct super-large underground spaces and super high-rise buildings above the tunnels along metro lines. However, once the underground tunnels are completed, the requirements for the development of the surrounding plots are extremely strict. As a result, the land planning along the metro lines often lags behind the construction of metro lines, and it is necessary to reserve sufficient construction conditions for the future plot development when implementing the underground tunnel projects.Since the plot development is generally in the early research stage when the tunnel projects are being implemented, there are often certain changes in the surrounding conditions and planning after the underground tunnels are completed, and the pre-reserved conditions often fail to meet the requirements of plot development.Based on the common problems of foundation pit construction above existing tunnels, the paper studies and analyzes the post-processing of existing diaphragm walls and the analysis of water and soil pressure under seepage, and puts forward specific solutions and corresponding application examples, and verifies them according to the monitoring data and numerical simulation results of the project, which provides a theoretical basis for the scientific design and construction of such projects.
