UHPC-NC界面裂缝扩展机制及公路桥梁设计优化措施

摘要 为了研究UHPC与NC之间的界面裂缝扩展对公路桥梁结构性能的影响,文章旨在通过基于DIC的三点弯曲试验,系统地对UHPC-NC界面角度裂缝扩展机制进行深入分析,进而探讨公路桥梁工程结构性能的优化措施。研究表明,不同界面角度的UHPC-NC复合试样的裂缝扩展呈现3种破坏模式;UHPC-NC界面角度为0°时,显著提高公路桥梁结构的抗裂能力;采用合理的的结构形式、对材料进行改进和性能调整,能提高整体结构的承载力。 In order to study the influence of interfacial crack propagation between UHPC and NC on the structural performance of highway bridges,the paper aims to systematically analyze the angular crack propagation mechanism of UHPC-NC interface through three-point bending test based on DIC,and then discuss the optimisation measures of structural performance of highway bridge engineerings.The results show that the crack propagation of UHPC-NC composite specimens with different interface angles presents three failure modes.When the interface angle of UHPC-NC is 0°,the crack resistance of the highway bridge structure is significantly improved.The bearing capacity of the overall structure can be improved by adopting reasonable structural form,improving materials and adjusting performance.
