硫酸盐侵蚀对全轻陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土界面黏结强度的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Sulfate Corrode on the Bond Strength of the Interface Between Full Lightweight Ceramsite Concrete and Normal Concrete

摘要 为探究硫酸盐侵蚀对全轻陶粒混凝土(full lightweight ceramsite concrete,FLWCC)与普通混凝土(normal concrete,NC)界面黏结强度的影响,文章对96块FLWCC-NC复合试样进行了硫酸盐干湿循环试验,并对不同循环次数下的试样进行了劈裂抗拉试验和直剪试验。结果显示,在硫酸盐侵蚀过程中,其界面的破坏模式会发生转变,界面劈裂抗拉强度和直剪强度会先轻微增加后大幅度下降,直剪强度与劈裂抗拉强度之比会下降。 In order to explore the influence of sulfate corrode on the bond strength of the interface between full lightweight ceramsite concrete(FLWCC)and normal concrete(NC),96 FLWCC-NC composite specimens were subjected to sulfate dry-wet cycle test,and the splitting tensile test and direct shear test were carried out on the specimens under different cycles.The results show that in the process of sulfate corrode,the failure mode of the interface will change,the splitting tensile strength and direct shear strength of the interface will increase slightly first and then decrease greatly, and the ratio of direct shear strength to splitting tensile strength will decrease.
