摘要
目的:观察微调正骨手法干预产后骶髂关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年7月至2023年12月收治的产后骶髂关节紊乱患者30例,予微调正骨手法治疗2个疗程,并于治疗前后拍摄骨盆正位X线片及腰椎侧位X线片,分别在骨盆正位片上测量髂嵴高度差、坐骨结节高度差、髂骨宽度差、骶棘左右偏移度;在腰椎侧位片上测量腰骶角、髂前差。比较治疗前和治疗2个疗程后的X线片参数及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,进行统计学分析。结果:治疗2个疗程后,X线片上髂嵴高度差、坐骨结节高度差、髂骨宽度差、髂前差、骶棘左右偏移度、腰骶角均较治疗前减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疼痛VAS评分治疗前为(7.48±1.39)分,治疗后为(3.07±1.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微调正骨手法可以有效调整产后骶髂关节紊乱且疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the treatment effect of adjusting the postpartum sacroiliac joint disorder.Methods:30 patients with postpartum sacroiliac joint disorder from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected and treated with fine-tuning bone-setting manipulation for 2 courses.Pelvic anterior X-ray films and lumbar lateral X-ray films were taken before and after treatment.The iliac crest difference,ischial nodule difference,iliac width difference,and left and right offset of sacral spine were measured on the anterior pelvic anterior radiographs respectively.The lumbosacral angle and anterior iliac difference were measured on the lateral radiographs of the lumbar spine.The X-ray parameters and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after 2 courses of treatment were compared for statistical analysis.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,on X-ray,iliac crest difference,ischial tuberosity difference,iliac width difference,anterior iliac difference,left and right offset of sacral spine,lumbosacral angle were all reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Pain VAS score before treatment was(7.48±1.39)points,after treatment,it was(3.07±1.16)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine-tuning bone-setting manipulation can effectively adjust postpartum sacroiliac joint disorders and have significant curative effects.
