摘要
目的:对比经筋推拿手法与传统推拿手法治疗骶髂关节源性下腰痛患者的疗效差异。方法:将120例骶髂关节源性下腰痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用传统推拿手法治疗,观察组采用经筋推拿手法治疗,两组均每次治疗20 min,每天1次,6次为1个疗程,共2个疗程,两个疗程之间休息一天。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后VAS、ODI及JOA评分;并在治疗结束后3个月后进行随访,对两组进行远期疗效及复发率、愈显率比较。结果:两组治疗后VAS、ODI均有明显减低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);JOA均有明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组近期及远期总有效率、愈显率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但复发率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:经筋推拿手法能纠正骶髂关节紊乱,缓解疼痛,改善骶髂关节功能,且复发率低,疗效可靠,较传统推拿手法治疗更有优势。
Objective To compare the efficacy of Meridian tuina manipulation and traditional manipulation in the treatment of sacroiliac articular low back pain.Methods A total of 120 patients with sacroiliac articular low back pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional Tuina manoeuvre,and the observation group was treated by Meridian tuina manipulation,and both groups were treated for 20 minutes each time,once a day,6 times a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses,and a day off between the courses.The clinical efficacy and VAS,ODI and JOA scores before and after treatment of the twogroups were compared.Follow-up was carried out 3 months after the end of treatment,and the long-term efficacy,recurrence rate and pronouncement rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,VAS and ODI were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the JOA was significantly elevated(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The short-term and long-term overall effective rate and prominence rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Meridian tuina manipulation can correct sacroiliac joint disorders,relieve pain,improve sacroiliac joint function,and have low recurrence rate,reliable curative effect,and more advantages than traditional manipulation.
