摘要
目的探究父母生涯期望对大学生就业焦虑的作用以及内部心理机制。方法采用父母生涯期望量表、简版无法忍受不确定性表、大学生就业焦虑量表对780名高年级大学生施测,并进行中介效应检验。结果①父母生涯期望、无法忍受不确定性和就业焦虑之间两两呈正相关;②父母生涯期望不仅直接预测大学生就业焦虑(β=0.46,P<0.01),还通过无法忍受不确定性的中介作用对就业焦虑产生影响,中介效应值占总效应的28.8%。结论父母生涯期望既能够直接影响大学生就业焦虑,也能通过无法忍受不确定性间接影响大学生就业焦虑。
Objective To investigate the impact of parental career expectations on college students'employment anxiety and explore the underlying psychological mechanisms.Methods A sample of 780 senior college students was assessed using the Parental Career Expectations Scale,the Short Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale,and the College Students'Employment Anxiety Scale.Mediation analysis was conducted to test the hypothesized pathways.Results Parental career expectations,intolerance of uncertainty,and employment anxiety were all positively correlated with each other(all P<0.01).②Parental career expectationsnotonly directly predicted employment anxiety(β=0.46,P<0.01)but also indirectly influenced it through the mediating role of intolerance of uncertainty,accounting for 28.8%of the total effect.Conclusion Parental career expectations directly and indirectly affect college students'employment anxiety,with intolerance of uncertainty serving as a significant mediator.
