摘要
中医脉诊历史悠久,但“脉理精微,其体难辨,在心易了,指下难明”的特点影响着它的传授与发展。如何应用现代科学理论和技术对脉搏进行客观化并应用于临床诊断,是实现脉诊更好地发展与应用必须要解决的问题。金氏脉学的建立为脉诊的客观化研究提供了坚实的理论依据和确切的临床参考标准。金氏脉学是源于中医传统脉学,但又有突破性发展和创新的脉学理论。它吸收和借鉴现代科学研究的成果,遵循血液流变学和血流动力学的基本规律,以脉诊为手段,以数学为量化工具,结合大量临床实践,对疾病能够基本做到定性、定位和定量诊断。金氏脉学中的冲搏是占位性病变的特异性指标,可以反映各种占位性病变,结合脉点和特征,即可实现占位性病变的定性、定位与定量诊断。血流动力学是金氏脉学的基础理论之一,金氏脉学通过血液流动及脉搏波传播的特性,即可评价人体各系统的机能状态。在金氏脉学理论指导下,探讨占位性病变脉象特征及其血流动力学机制,对占位性疾病的临床诊断及脉诊客观化研究具有重要意义。期望本研究能为脉象形成机制的阐明提供更多信息,为推广脉诊这一有效的无创诊断方法奠定基础,为脉象客观化研究提供新思路和新途径。
Traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis has a long history,but its feature of“complex pulse physiology,which is difficult to distinguish and easy to understand in mind,makes itdifficult to grasp in fingers”has hindered its transmission and development.How to apply modern scientific theories and technologies to objective pulse waveforms and apply them to clinical diagnosis is a problem that must be solved in order to achieve better development and application of pulse diagnosis.The establishment of JIN’s pulse theory provides a solid theoretical basis and precise clinical reference standard for the objective research of pulse diagnosis.JIN’s pulse diagnosis theory is a theory of pulse diagnosis that originates from traditional Chinese medicine but has a breakthrough and innovative development.It absorbs and draws lessons from the achievements of modern scientific research,follows the basic laws of hemorheology and hemodynamics,takes pulse diagnosis as a means,takes mathematics as a quantitative tool,combines with a large number of clinical practices,and can basically achieve qualitative,localization and quantitative diagnosis of diseases.Impulse in JIN’s pulse diagnosis theory is a specific index of space occupying lesions and can reflect all kinds of space occupying lesions.Combined with pulse points and characteristics,the qualitative,localization and quantitative diagnosis of space-occupying lesions can be realized.Hemodynamics is one of the basic theories of JIN’s pulse diagnosis theory.JIN’s pulse diagnosis theory can evaluate the functional state of various human systems through the characteristics of blood flow and pulse wave propagation.It is of great significance to study the pulse characteristics and hemodynamic mechanism of space-occupying diseases under the guidance of JIN’s pulse diagnosis theory for the clinical diagnosis of space-occupying diseases and the objective study of pulse diagnosis.It is expected that this paper can provide more information on the mechanism of pulse formation,lay a foundation for the promotion of pulse diagnosis as an effective non-invasive diagnostic method,and provide new ideas and new ways for the objective study of pulse manifestation.
