摘要
基于系统辨证脉学理论,结合齐向华教授经验和笔者临床体会,提出脉针相应针灸辨治技术,以系统辨证脉法指导针灸临床,分为凭脉定位、揣穴定点、据脉施术、疗效评估4步,将系统辨证脉法中的定位诊断技术与针灸临床操作相结合,并以系统辨证脉学特有的疾病过程流思想指导,使针灸临床诊之有法、刺之有据、审之有凭。
Based on the theory of systematic syndrome differentiation sphygmology,combined with the experience of Professor Qi Xianghua and the authors′clinical practice,this paper introduces the acupuncture techniques with acupuncture corresponding to pulses.Guiding acupuncture clinical practice with the method of systematic syndrome differentiation sphygmology involves four steps:pulse-based localization,point determination,pulse-guided treatment,and efficacy evaluation.This approach integrates the diagnostic techniques of syndrome differentiation sphygmology with clinical procedures of acupuncture and moxibustion.By applying the unique concept of disease progression from systematic syndrome differentiation sphygmology,it ensures that clinical acupuncture and moxibustion practices are methodical in diagnosis,precise in needling,and reliable in assessment.
