基于风险管理的注射泵和输液泵质控流程观察

摘要 目的:基于风险管理理念对注射泵和输液泵的质量控制流程进行观察和研究,以提高其使用的安全性和质量水平,降低因设备故障或误操作引发的临床风险。方法:采用前瞻性观察方法,于2023年期间对本院临床科室使用的50台注射泵和50台输液泵进行质控流程监测。研究内容包括设备的日常检查、定期维护、风险评估以及异常情况的应急处置流程。数据采集涉及设备故障率、风险事件发生率和人员操作符合性等。质控策略中重点引入了风险评估工具和故障预警系统,并与传统的质控方法进行比较。结果:在实施风险管理基础的质控流程后,注射泵和输液泵的设备故障率从10.5%降至2.0%,风险事件发生率从6.0%降至1.5%。人员操作符合性由78%提高到93%。风险管理导向的质控流程显著减少了设备故障和风险事件的发生(P<0.05),操作符合性显著优于对照组(P<0.05),操作耗时显著短于对照组(P<0.05),医护人员满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于风险管理的质控流程显著提升了注射泵和输液泵的使用安全性和操作规范性。 Objective:To observe and study the quality control process of injection pump and infusion pump based on the risk management concept to improve the safety and quality level of its use and reduce the clinical risk caused by equipment failure or misoperation.Methods:In this study,a prospective observation method was used to monitor the quality control process of 50 injection pumps and 50 infusion pumps used in the clinical department of our hospital during 2023.The study includes daily inspection of equipment,regular maintenance,risk assessment and emergency disposal process for abnormal conditions.Data collection involves equipment failure rate,risk event incidence rate and personnel operation compliance,etc.The risk assessment tool and fault warning system are introduced,and compared with the traditional quality control methods.Results:After the implementation of the quality control process based on risk management,the equipment failure rate of syringe pumps and infusion pumps decreased from 10.5%to 2.0%,and the risk event rate decreased from 6.0%to 1.5%.Personnel operational compliance has been increased from 78%to 93%.Compared with the traditional methods,the risk management-oriented quality control process significantly reduces the occurrence of equipment failures and risk events(P<0.05),The compliance of the operation was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score of medical staff was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control process based on risk management significantly improves the use safety and operation standardization of injection pump and infusion pump.
