摘要
目的:分析医院在用微量注射泵的检测方法和检测中出现的故障,提出解决办法,提高检测效率。方法:通过检测各种型号的微量注射泵,分析影响检测的各种因素,总结常见问题的解决方法,以提高检测结果的可靠性。结果:通过分析微量注射泵检测中出现的面板显示灯不亮、运行时拉杆不走液或推进不匀速以及使用时报警等故障原因,采取相应的必要措施,保障微量注射泵的量值准确。结论:对医院临床上大量使用的微量注射泵进行质量控制,严格执行质量控制管理,排除各种不良影响因素,以确保微量注射泵的质量安全,为患者提供满意的服务。
Objective： To analyze the detecting method and fault of detection, we can find the reasons, put forward the solutions and improve the detection efficiency. Methods： The reliability of test results were improved by detecting different types of micro-injection pump, analyzing various factors of affecting detection and summing up the methods of resolving problems. Results： Through analyzing the problems in detection, we can take the necessary measures to safeguard the accuracy of the micro-injection pump. Conclusion： It is important to give quality control to micro-injection pump. We can ensure the quality and safety of micro-injection pump, and provide satisfactory service for patients.
