摘要 目的:探讨LEICA ASP 300S生物组织脱水机试剂的最佳更换时间,为全面提升病理科诊断水平提供支持。方法:使用德国LEICA ASP 300S生物组织脱水机完成组织块的进一步处理,以医院2023年3月~2023年8月的600个样本蜡块为观察组,并依照不同实际更换时间评估脱水效果。与此同时,选择医院相同时间的另外230个样本为对照,对照组用日常工作更换试剂方案对其进行脱水处理,记录不同脱水机试剂更换时间对病理组织处理结果的影响。结果:两组对比发现,对照组所选蜡块样本中有6例脱水欠佳与4例染色欠佳情况,总占比为4.35%(10/230);相比之下,观察组样本中仅出现3例脱水欠佳与1例染色欠佳情况,总发生率为0.67%(4/600),组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。不同技术的脱水欠佳、染色欠佳例数、试剂日均消耗量、试剂总消耗量等数据比较,方案三在试剂日均消耗量上更具优势,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在病理科日常工作中,合理规划脱水机试剂更换时间有助于提升病理组织的处理效果,并减少试剂浪费等问题。 Objective:To analyze and summarize the best replacement time of LEICA ASP 300S biological tissue dehydrator reagent,to provide support for the comprehensive improvement of the diagnostic level of the pathology department.Methods:Further treatment of tissue blocks was completed using German LEICA ASP 300S biological tissue dehydrator,including 600 sample wax blocks from March 2023 to August 2023,and the dehydration effect was evaluated according to different actual replacement times.At the same time,another 230 samples at the same time in the hospital were selected as the control group,and the control group was dehydrated with the daily work reagent replacement protocol,and recorded the impact of the reagent replacement time of different dehydrators on the treatment results of pathological tissue treatment.Results:Comparing the two groups,it was found that there were 6 cases of poor dehydration and 4 cases of poor staining in the wax block samples selected by the control group,accounting for a total proportion of 4.35%(10/230);In contrast,only 3 cases of dehydration and 1 case of poor staining were observed in the observation group sample,with a total incidence rate of 0.67%(4/600).There was a significant difference in the inter data(P<0.05).Comparison of data on poor water permeability,poor staining,daily average reagent consumption,and total reagent consumption for different technologies.Compared to other methods,scheme 3 has a greater advantage in the daily consumption of reagents,with significant differences in data between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the daily work of the department of pathology,reasonably planning the reagent replacement time of the dehydration machine is helpful to improve the treatment effect of the pathological tissue and reduce the waste of reagents.
